Noodles with minced chili sauce and avocado

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 250 g Pasta (e.g. Casareccia)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 400 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 TEASPOON ground cumin
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 (250 ml) Flasche Hot Chili Soße
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) Avocado
  • 1 pinch Sugar

Directions

    Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime heat oil in a pan, crumble minced meat into it and fry it thoroughly.

    Add the onion and garlic and fry briefly. Season with cumin, salt and pepper. Deglaze with stock and sauce. Bring to the boil and braise for 3-4 minutes. Wash and finely dice the tomatoes. Cut avocado in half, remove stone.

    Remove the flesh from the skin and cut into fine cubes. Mix avocado and tomatoes. Drain the pasta, drain and mix with the sauce. Heat up again briefly. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.

    Arrange on plates sprinkled with tomato and avocado cubes.
