Noodles with chicken cutlets all\' Arrabbiata

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Tomato
  • 3 Chillies
  • 250 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 400 g Chicken filets
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2-3 stem(s) Parsley

Directions

    Wash, clean and quarter the tomatoes. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion and garlic. Add tomatoes and canned tomatoes and simmer for about 30 minutes. Add 1 chilli pepper.

    Meanwhile cook the noodles in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Wash the chicken fillets, dab dry and cut into thin slices. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken strips in it in portions. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and add to the tomato sauce. Wash the parsley, dab dry, pluck and chop coarsely. Season tomato sauce with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta, sprinkle with the remaining oil and arrange on a plate with the chicken shredded. Sprinkle with parsley and garnish with remaining chillies.

    Remove and add to the tomato sauce. Wash the parsley, dab dry, pluck and chop coarsely. Season tomato sauce with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta, sprinkle with the remaining oil and arrange on a plate with the chicken shredded. Sprinkle with parsley and garnish with remaining chillies. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan
