Noodles with bacon & cheese cream

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 50 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 3 fresh eggs
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 2-3 stem(s) Basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil & Sliced
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parmesan

Directions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes

    Peel the garlic and crush it finely. Grate cheese finely. Dice bacon finely. In a frying pan leave it crispy. Add garlic and fry briefly. Whisk eggs, stir in cream and cheese. Season with salt and pepper

    Wash the basil and cut into strips. Drain the pasta and immediately mix well with bacon and cheese cream. Sprinkle with basil. Garnish with basil and Parmesan cheese if necessary

    Noodle professionals recommend: Do not just sprinkle grated cheese over the dish at the end, but mix it with the hot noodles right away. Then it melts beautifully and combines harmoniously with the other ingredients
