Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 50 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 small peeled clove of garlic
  • 1 (30 g) peeled onion
  • 200 g cleaned tomatoes
  • 80 g Turkey escalope
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp plant-based Binders
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Capers (glass)
  • 20 g grated
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. 1

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes

  2. 2

Finely dice garlic and onion. Wash and chop the tomatoes. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into fine strips

  3. 3

Fry the turkey in hot oil. Fry onion and garlic briefly. Add tomatoes and fry for approx.

  4. 4

Steam for 5 minutes, season. Stir in stock and tomato paste. Bring everything to the boil and thicken. Add capers. Sauce with salt and pepper

  5. 5

Drain the spaghetti and serve with the sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan

  6. 6

Have some wholemeal pasta! Their higher fibre content makes them particularly suitable for diabetics: the carbohydrates enter the bloodstream more slowly through them
