Noodles in spinach-mushroom-sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 250 g Baby Spinach
  • 400 g Mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 400 g ribbon noodles
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 heaped tbsp. flour
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1 TEASPOON Vegetable broth (instant)

Directions

    For the noodles, boil 3-4 l salted water (approx. 1 teaspoon salt per litre). Sort the spinach, wash and drain. Clean mushrooms, wash if necessary, cut into slices. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely.

    Add the pasta to boiling water and cook according to package instructions.

    Fry the mushrooms, onions and garlic in hot oil. Season with salt and pepper. Dust with flour and sauté briefly. 3⁄8 l Pour on water and cream, stir in broth Bring to the boil and simmer for approx. 5 minutes, stirring in spinach and allowing to collapse.

    Season the sauce. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce.
