Noodles in herb sauce

Ingredients

  • 40 g Noodles (e.g. penne)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, 100 g zucchini
  • 1 (5 g) Tomato, 1 tsp oil
  • 5 tablespoons (50 ml) Broth and milk
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Thyme
  • 1 TEASPOON sauce thickener
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper, 1 tsp grainy mustard
  • 2 tablespoons (20 g) grated gouda

Directions

    Cook the pasta in salted water for about 10 minutes, drain. Clean and wash the vegetables. cut zucchini into slices and tomato into cubes

    Fry the zucchini in hot oil. Pour in broth and milk. Cook with thyme for 5 minutes, thicken. Season with salt, pepper and mustard. Arrange noodles with sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and tomato
