Noodles au gratin with ham

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 350 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 250 g cooked
  • 7-10 Tbsp sliced ham
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 200 g frozen peas
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Cook the ribbon noodles in plenty of boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes

    Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Cut ham into strips. Wash herbs, shake dry. Cut chives into fine rolls. Chop parsley finely, except for something to garnish. Drain the noodles, let them drip off

    Whisk milk and eggs. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir in the herbs

    Mix noodles, mushrooms, ham and frozen peas. Pour into a greased ovenproof dish. Pour egg milk over it. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / fan oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for approx. 45 minutes. Cover after approx. 30 minutes if necessary. Garnish with parsley. Serve with a green salad
