Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for ten minutes, drain and drain. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into thin rings. Coarsely chop the walnuts. Cut cabanossi into slices.
Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté spring onions and slices of sausage in it, remove. Deglaze the frying stock with cream and broth, bring to the boil. Add sauce thickener while stirring, bring to the boil again.
Add the noodles, sausage, spring onions and nuts to the sauce and heat briefly. Arrange noodles-sausage-pan on plates and garnish with parsley.
