Noodle pan with smoked pork and savoy cabbage

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g Pasta (e.g. Spirelli)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 500 g Savoy cabbage
  • 1 Onion
  • 600 g detached pork chop
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Mustard
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Clean, wash and cut cabbage into strips. Peel and finely chop the onion.

    Wash the cured pork, dab dry and cut into cubes. Heat the oil in a flat roasting pan. Fry the smoked pork all around. Add onion and cabbage and fry for approx. 3 minutes. Pour on approx. 100 ml water, bring to the boil, cover and cook for approx. 8 minutes.

    Drain the pasta. Mix mustard and crème fraîche and fold into the cabbage with the noodles. Season with salt and pepper and heat again.
