Wash the strawberries, remove the stalks and puree together with the lemon juice and icing sugar.
Then mix mascarpone and quark with 2/3 of the strawberry mixture.
Now fill the mixture in layers, starting with a layer of ladyfingers, into a sufficiently large bowl or dish. This is followed by the strawberry and mascapone mixture.
Spread the remaining strawberry mixture from step 1 over the lady fingers at the end. Chill for at least 3 hours.
