Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 spring onions (about 40 g)
  • 1/2 red chilli pepper or cayenne pepper
  • 75 g Gouda cheese
  • 4 Nachos (large round tortilla chips; ready to eat)
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 100 g Cucumber
  • several sheets Lettuce
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

  1. 1

Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings. Carve the chilli lengthwise, remove seeds and hook. Grate cheese. Mix the prepared ingredients and spread on the nachos

  2. 2

Bake nachos in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/recirculating air: 200 °C/gas: level 4) for about 5 minutes

  3. 3

In the meantime, clean, wash and slice the tomatoes and cucumber. Wash the lettuce and pluck into bite-sized pieces

  4. 4

Peel and finely chop the onion. Mix with vinegar, salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Fold in the oil. Mix marinade and prepared salad ingredients. Serve with the nachos

  5. 5

Nachos are crispy, round tortilla chips made from corn semolina. You can use triangular tortilla chips or large potato chips as a substitute. It's even easier with ready grated cheese
