Mushroom salad with bacon

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 discs Breakfast bacon (Bacon)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1/4 Head iceberg lettuce
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 7-10 Tbsp possibly colored pepper and basil to
  • 7-10 Tbsp Garnish

Directions

    Peel onion and garlic. Chop both finely or press garlic through a press

    Heat the oil in a pan. Leave the bacon slices in it from both sides until crispy and take them out

    Sauté onion and garlic in the frying fat until transparent. Deglaze with 4-5 tablespoons of water and vinegar while stirring, bring to the boil briefly. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar

    Clean, wash and drain the salad. Cut or pluck into small pieces. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms

    Arrange salad, mushrooms and bacon. Drizzle the marinade over it. Sprinkle with coloured pepper and garnish with basil. Goes well with baguette

    Drink: cold beer
