Multivitamin jelly with vanilla sauce

Ingredients

  • 9 sheets white gelatine
  • 1 (0,7l) bottle of multivitamin juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 1 package Dessert sauce,
  • 7-10 Tbsp Vanilla flavor
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 8 thin wafer sheets with dark chocolate

Directions

    Soak gelatine in cold water. Put the multivitamin juice in a bowl. Season to taste with lemon juice. Squeeze the gelatine, dissolve and mix with some juice. Stir into the remaining juice.

    Pass through a hair sieve. Pour into a shallow, cold-rinsed container and chill for at least 4 hours. In the meantime, boil up milk (up to 3 tablespoons) in a pot. Mix the sauce powder with sugar and the removed milk. Stir into the boiling milk. Bring to the boil again briefly and let it cool down. Turn out firm jelly, cut into cubes and divide into 4 small bowls. Pour some vanilla sauce over the jelly cubes. Add the rest of the vanilla sauce separately.
