Tsatsiki with radish and radish

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 small radish
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 150 g Cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp fraîche
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 bunch Chives

Directions

    Wash, peel and roughly grate the radish. Clean and wash the radishes and, except for one radish for garnishing, cut them into fine sticks. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press or chop it finely. Mix quark, yoghurt and crème fraîche. Stir in prepared ingredients.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash the chives and cut into fine rolls. Sprinkle over the tzatziki. Cut the radish a little bit and put it in the middle of the tzatziki. Serve with flatbread
