  • 100 g Pineapple fresh
  • 50 g Leeks
  • 50 g Vegetable Onion
  • 50 g Mix of sprouts
  • 50 g Spring onion
  • 5 g Ginger
  • 400 g Tofu
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Ginger
  • 1 TABLESPOON Garlic
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 1 TEASPOON Ginger
  • 1 TEASPOON Garlic
  • 11 g Chia seeds

Directions

    BOWL: - cut leek - dice vegetable onion - dice pineapple - brew Mi Noodles Ingredients in a pan briefly glaze with a little oil and season with salt, pepper, curry and sugar - cut spring onion - dice ginger - add spring onions, ginger and sprouts mix and season with some lemon juice and sesame oil
