Cover 4 slices of sandwich toast with tomatoes, mozzarella, ham and basil. Season the tomatoes with salt and ##pepper##. Cover each with 1 slice of sandwich toast.
Whisk eggs and milk in a deep plate. Season with salt and pepper. Turn filled sandwiches in it and press the edges together.
Heat the oil in portions in a frying pan. Fry 2 sandwiches on each side for 2-3 minutes. Remove and keep warm. Fry the remaining sandwiches in the same way, cut in half and arrange.
