Roughly grate the gouda. Cut the ham into strips. Wash and clean the zucchini, halve lengthwise and cut into slices. Mix cream, milk, cream cheese and Gouda. Season to taste with salt and nutmeg
Mix tortellini, zucchini and cheese cream and spread on a greased baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 30 minutes. Stir carefully after approx. 10 minutes
