Ingredients

  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 carton pack (125 g separation weight) Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Pot of basil
  • 8 discs ital. Baguette
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon and basil

Directions

    Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Drain mozzarella, cut into slices. Wash basil, cut into strips. Drizzle slices of bread with olive oil.

    Season with salt and pepper. Cover with tomatoes and mozzarella, sprinkle with basil. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 5 minutes. Serve garnished with lemon and basil
