Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken filet
  • 1 kg flushed pork neck
  • 500 g colourful peppers
  • 3 Curry sausages (approx. 120 g each)
  • 1 package (125 g) Breakfast bacon (approx. 8 slices)
  • 400 g Pork sausage
  • 300 g slightly larger mushrooms
  • 300 g small onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp some laurel leaves
  • 3 Stem(s) Oregano
  • 80 ml Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rose peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh herbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp long skewers

Directions

    Wash the chicken filet and pork neck and pat dry. Clean and wash the peppers. Cut prepared ingredients and sausages into 4-5 cm cubes. Halve bacon. Wrap chicken cubes with half of the bacon pieces.

    Roll up the remaining bacon loosely. Form ground pork into small balls. Clean the mushrooms and peel the onions. Put prepared ingredients and bay leaves alternately on skewers. Place skewers on a baking tray.

    Chop oregano. Mix oil and oregano. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Sprinkle on skewers. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ circulating air: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 25-30 minutes.

    Serve garnished with fresh herbs.
