Mixed salad with roasted turkey strips

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 100 g Radicchio salad
  • 1 Baby Roman salad
  • 100 g Rocket
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese
  • 4 Turkey escalope (approx. 100 g each)

Directions

    For the vinaigrette, whisk vinegar, salt and pepper. Add 4 tablespoons of oil drop by drop

    Clean the salad, wash and shake dry. Pluck large leaves smaller. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Peel onion and cut into fine strips. Grate Parmesan cheese

    Wash the meat, dab dry and season with salt. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the meat for approx. 6 minutes, turning it over. Season with pepper. Mix the salad ingredients. Cut meat into strips. Arrange salad and meat. Drizzle with vinaigrette and sprinkle with cheese
