Peel and chop the onion. Peel, wash and cut the kohlrabi into sticks. Fry everything in 1 tablespoon of hot oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add 200 ml water and cream, bring to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Clean, wash and halve the sugar snap peas and cook for about 3 minutes. Thicken cooking liquid with sauce thickener.
Wash the meat, dab dry and fry in 2 tablespoons of hot oil in portions on each side for about 2 minutes, season. Serve with vegetables. Serve with mashed potatoes.
