  • 2 stem(s) Mint
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Mayonnaise
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1 TEASPOON black sesame
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon peel
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint, lemon peel and sesame

Directions

    Wash the mint, dab dry and chop finely. Mix with mayonnaise, yoghurt and sesame. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon peel. Arrange in a small bowl and garnish with mint, lemon peel and sesame seeds
