Soak gelatine in cold water. Mix mint liqueur, syrup, grape juice and 600 ml water. Dissolve squeezed gelatine in a pot. Add 100 ml of liquid and mix well.
Stir into the remaining liquid. Let the mint jelly cool down for approx. 20 minutes, then pour into 10 glasses (approx. 200 ml each). Place glasses in a cool place for at least 4 hours. Pour the Amarula onto the jelly and chill until serving
