Mini-wraps with feta cheese filling

Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 70 g green olives without stone
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1/4 Head iceberg lettuce
  • 200 g Sheep's cheese
  • 1 jar (250 g) light salad cream (16 % fat)
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 package (270 g; 6 pieces) Wheat wraps
  • 12 Paper sleeves

Directions

    Wash the tomatoes, grate them dry and quarter them. Remove the seeds and cut the flesh into thin strips. Cut olives into thin slices. Peel garlic and chop finely. Clean, wash and cut the lettuce into thin strips. Crumble feta cheese in a bowl.

    Add salad cream, garlic and lemon juice, mix and season with salt and pepper. Carefully separate wraps and heat them one after the other in a hot pan without fat for about 20 seconds on both sides. Spread lettuce cream on the wraps and place tomatoes, olives and lettuce strips in the middle, leaving about 1 cm free at the edges. On 2 opposite sides, fold the edge 2-3 cm towards the middle. Roll up from the bottom, cut diagonally and place each half in a paper sleeve
