Ingredients

  • 200 g Butter or margarine
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 350 g Flour
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 1 (100 g) Bag of chocolate flakes
  • 150 g Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Paper baking cups
  • 7-10 Tbsp chocolate lentils, ground pistachios, sugarflower

Directions

    Beat the fat, sugar, salt and vanillin sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer until foamy. Stir in the eggs bit by bit. Mix flour and baking powder and sieve onto the fatty egg mixture. Add milk and mix. Fold chocolate flakes into the dough. Put 4-5 paper baking cups into each other and put 1 heaped tablespoon of dough into each cup.

    Place the tartlets on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let them cool down on a grid. Stir icing sugar and 2-3 tablespoons of water until smooth and brush some of the tartlets with it. Decorate the tartlets as you like with chocolate lentils, ground pistachios and sugar flowers. Makes 17 pieces
