  • 150 g Natural rice (wholemeal rice)
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 125 g Mushrooms
  • 400 g Beefsteak minced meat
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 3-4 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 pack of Hunter sauce "low-fat, less than 1% fat"
  • 3-4 Stem(s) Parsley

Directions

Prepare rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Peel onions, finely dice 1/2 onion. Cut remaining onions into half rings. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms.

  2. 2

Knead the minced meat, diced onion, egg, some salt, pepper and paprika and form 4 flat minced steaks. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a grill pan and fry the minced steaks for 5-6 minutes while turning.

  3. 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a coated frying pan. Fry the onions until golden brown while turning. Place the onions on the steaks and keep warm. Put 1 tablespoon of oil in the hot pan and fry the mushrooms briefly.
