Ingredients

  • 200 g Cucumber
  • 50 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 stem(s) Dill
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 TABLESPOON White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 150 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 TEASPOON Breadcrumbs
  • 1 coated Tsp medium hot mustard
  • 1 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper

Directions

    Wash the cucumber thoroughly and cut into fine slices. Clean, wash and halve the tomatoes. Wash the dill, dab dry. Peel onion and chop finely. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and dill.

    Add 1 tablespoon of oil. Mix cucumber, tomatoes, half of the diced onion and vinaigrette and put aside. Knead minced meat, breadcrumbs, mustard, egg yolk, remaining onion, salt, pepper and paprika with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Form a steak from the minced meat mixture. Heat the rest of the oil in a small pan and fry the steak on both sides at medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Remove from the pan. Put the egg in the pan and fry it in the oil until crispy. Season with salt and pepper. Serve salad, minced steak and fried egg on a plate.
