Peel and finely chop the onion. Mix minced meat, diced onion, egg and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and paprika. Shape into balls. Fry in hot oil for about 5 minutes, turning constantly.
In the meantime, rinse the corn and let it drip off. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Cut the chilli into fine rings. Sauté garlic and chilli in the frying fat. Deglaze everything with 1/2 litre water, bring to the boil.
Add the corn. Stir in the sauce powder and let it boil for 1 minute. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lemon juice and dried herbs. Serve everything garnished with fresh herbs, lemon and chili.
It goes well with rice.
