  • 300 g Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Stalk Thyme
  • 125 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 TEASPOON Breadcrumbs
  • 1 TEASPOON Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 discs (approx. 20 g) Bacon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 TEASPOON Capers
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh herbs and caper apples
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Peel, wash and halve the potatoes. Cook in boiling salted water for 15-20 minutes. In the meantime wash and chop the thyme. Mix minced meat, breadcrumbs, curd and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.

    Form 2 small rolls and wrap with bacon. Fix with wooden skewers. Heat oil. Fry the rolls for about 12 minutes, turning them over. In the meantime clean, wash and cut the tomatoes into large pieces. Put the rolls aside. Cook the tomatoes in the cooking fat for about 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and capers. Drain the potatoes.
