Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 medium-sized carrots
  • 250 g Noodles (e.g. penne)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Stalk leek (leek)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 300 g mixed minced meat
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few stems of flat-leaf parsley

Directions

    Peel, wash and cut the carrots into small cubes. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Add the carrots about 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Drain pasta and carrots on a sieve. Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean, wash and halve the leek and cut into fine rings. Heat the oil in a pan.

    Add minced meat and fry well. Add leek as well and cook for about 5 minutes. Deglaze with cream and bring to the boil. Add noodles and carrots and warm up. Season to taste with salt, pepper and curry. Wash parsley, dab dry and cut into fine strips. Sprinkle with parsley before serving
