Minced meat balls (broth fondue)

Ingredients

  • 2 discs Toast
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 400 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, freshly ground pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers

Directions

    Remove the crusts from the toast, soak in cold water, squeeze and pluck into small pieces. Add bread and egg to the mince. Season with salt, pepper and paprika, knead and season to taste. Roll walnut-sized balls with wet hands.

    Arrange balls on a plate and chill until use.
