Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 500 g mixed mince
  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) Breadcrumbs
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 medium-sized carrot
  • 150 g Cream cheese with herbs from Provence
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp olives, cherry tomatoes, cornichons and parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Clear film
  • 16 wooden skewers

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead with minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, mustard, salt and pepper. Roll out the minced mass rectangularly (approx. 20 x 30 cm) on foil

    Peel, wash and roughly grate the carrot. Spread the cream cheese on the mince, sprinkle the carrot on top and press down lightly. Roll up from the long side using the foil

    Brush the baking tray with oil. Place the chopping roll on top with the seam facing down. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/recirculating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 50 minutes. Let it cool down. Cut the chopping roll into about 16 slices. Garnish with olives etc.
