Men salad with brandy sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 3
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Kidney beans
  • 1 can(s) (446 ml) Pineapple
  • 3 Gherkins (glass)
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 200 g Pork sausage
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 125 g light salad cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS brandy, 1 1/2 tsp curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 300 g cooked noodles (rest
  • 7-10 Tbsp v. previous day/approx. 150 g raw material)
  • 2-3 discs Bacon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Rinse the beans and let them drain. Drain the pineapple, collect the juice. Pineapple small, cut cucumber into thin slices. Clean, wash and finely chop spring onions. Skin the sausage and cut into strips

    Mix yoghurt, salad cream, brandy, 3-4 tbsp. juice, curry, a little salt and pepper. Mix the prepared ingredients and the noodles with the sauce. Leave to stand for about 30 minutes

    Cut the bacon in half, leave it crispy. Season salad with pineapple juice, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with bacon and garnish with parsley if desired
