Melon with prawns

  • 1 Charentais melon
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Raspberry vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 75 g Crab meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Frisée salad

Directions

    Halve the melon, remove seeds, peel and cut into slices. Clean and wash the leek and cut into rings. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar, beat the oil into it. Arrange the salad ingredients on plates and pour the marinade over them
