Melon salad with turkey strips

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 350 g Turkey escalope
  • 2 TABLESPOONS oil, salt, white pepper
  • 1/2 (approx. 1 kg) Watermelon
  • 1 Head lettuce (e.g. romaine lettuce)
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 1/8 l Buttermilk
  • 100 g Sour cream or sour cream
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Orange juice
  • 3-4 Tsp liquid honey

Directions

    Wash the cutlets, pat dry and cut into strips. Fry in hot oil all around for about 5 minutes. Season and cool down

    Remove the flesh from the melon (keep the skin for serving), remove the seeds and dice. Clean, wash and dry the salad. Put some leaves aside, cut the rest into strips. Wash, clean and halve the strawberries

    Mix buttermilk, sour cream and orange juice. Season to taste with honey, salt and pepper

    Mix melon, strawberries, meat, salad and sauce. Spread the lettuce leaves in the melon skin, arrange the salad
