Ingredients

  • 1 large vegetable onion (approx. 400 g)
  • 2 large red peppers
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 Courgette
  • 4 (à 100 g) Medallions of pork
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON dried oregano
  • 250 g tomato pulp in pieces
  • 100 g aged Gouda cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh oregano

Directions

    Peel the onion and cut into thin slices. Clean, wash and chop the peppers and zucchini. Wash the meat and dab dry. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Fry the medallions in it for 2 minutes on each side.

    Season with salt and pepper and put aside. Add the rest of the oil to the pan. Fry the prepared vegetables for about 10 minutes, turning them over. Season with salt, pepper and dried
