Meatballs with mushroom sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Bread rolls from the previous day
  • 1 medium onion
  • 600 g mixed mince
  • 1 Egg
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 150 g Chanterelles
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 50 g smoked
  • 7-10 Tbsp streaky bacon
  • 1 Bag of sauce powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp (for 1/4 liquid;
  • 7-10 Tbsp z. e.g. "Chanterelle sauce)

Directions

    Soak the buns. Peel and chop the onion. Knead both with minced, squeezed out roll and egg, season. Form 8 meatballs from it

    Heat the oil. Fry the meatballs in it for about 8 minutes on each side

    Clean, wash and chop the spring onions. Clean mushrooms and rub or wash them well. Dice bacon. Leave it crispy in a wide pot, take it out. Fry the mushrooms and onions in the frying fat while turning, season

    Mix sauce powder and 1/4 l cold water. Deglaze the mushroom mixture with it. Bring to the boil while stirring and simmer for about 1 minute

    Add bacon. Season to taste with pepper and salt if necessary. Arrange everything. Serves with: Rösti corners

    Drink: cold beer
