Soak the buns. Peel and chop the onion. Knead both with minced, squeezed out roll and egg, season. Form 8 meatballs from it
Heat the oil. Fry the meatballs in it for about 8 minutes on each side
Clean, wash and chop the spring onions. Clean mushrooms and rub or wash them well. Dice bacon. Leave it crispy in a wide pot, take it out. Fry the mushrooms and onions in the frying fat while turning, season
