Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Bread roll (from the previous day)
  • 1 Onion
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 Egg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Soak rolls in cold water. Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead the minced meat with the bread roll pressed out, egg and onion. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Form 6 meatballs from the chopped mass. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meatballs for 15 minutes at medium heat. Turn from time to time. Garnish with parsley. Serve the meatballs with Spreewald gherkins, ribs and butter.
