Soak the buns. Peel and chop onions and garlic. Knead minced meat, ground pork, half onions and garlic, squeezed out rolls, eggs and tomato paste. Seasoning
Form into balls and fry in hot oil in portions. Remove. Sauté the rest of the onion and garlic in the frying fat. Add sherry and boil down over high heat.
Add tomatoes with juice, chop and bring to the boil. Cover the balls and cook for 20 minutes. Wash herbs, chop finely and stir in. Season to taste
