Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 150 g Sheep's cheese
  • 16 large, green olives stuffed with paprika
  • 16 pickled green peppers

    Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Knead minced onion, garlic and tomato paste. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Form small balls from the minced meat mixture and fry them in 2 tablespoons of hot oil all around for about 10 minutes. Cut cheese into cubes. Put 2-3 meatballs, some cubes of cheese, olives and pepperoni on skewers and fry briefly in the remaining hot oil. Sprinkle with some oregano
