Soak rolls in cold water. Peel and finely chop the onion. Squeeze the bread well. Knead minced meat, roll, eggs, onion, mustard, salt, pepper and paprika. Season to taste.
Form eight meatballs from the minced dough with moistened hands. Heat clarified butter or oil in a pan and fry the meatballs on each side over medium heat for about five minutes.
