Soak rolls in cold water. Peel onion and garlic. Chop the onion finely, press the garlic through a garlic press. Wash parsley, dab dry and chop except for something to garnish.
Squeeze the buns well. Put the bread roll, minced meat, eggs, onion, garlic, mustard, some salt, pepper and paprika in a bowl. 2/3 of the chopped parsley
Form approx. 6 large meatballs with moistened hands. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the meatballs over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, turning them over. Arrange on a plate, sprinkle with the remaining parsley and garnish.
