Meatball with creamy savoy cabbage (diabetics)

Ingredients

  • 160 g peeled potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 150 g polished savoy cabbage
  • 50 g cleaned pepper (e.g. red)
  • 1 knife tip Vegetable broth
  • 1 (30 g) peeled onion
  • 100 g Beefsteakhack
  • 2 tablespoons (20 g) Light cream (Sauerrahm; 15%Fett)
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes. Wash vegetables and cut into strips. Bring 1/8 litre of water to the boil, stir in broth and steam vegetables for about 10 minutes. Chop onion finely. Knead minced meat, onion and 1 tablespoon sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.

    Shape it into a flat minced steak. Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side. Stir 1 tablespoon of sour cream into the vegetables. Arrange everything. Garnish with parsley if desired.
