Wash the potatoes and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes. Wash vegetables and cut into strips. Bring 1/8 litre of water to the boil, stir in broth and steam vegetables for about 10 minutes. Chop onion finely. Knead minced meat, onion and 1 tablespoon sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Shape it into a flat minced steak. Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side. Stir 1 tablespoon of sour cream into the vegetables. Arrange everything. Garnish with parsley if desired.
