Peel, wash and cut the turnip into strips. Cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, drain. Wash sugar snap peas, cut in half lengthwise. Peel ginger and garlic, cut into fine cubes.
Carve the chillies lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into rings. Remove the coriander leaves. Heat sesame oil in a large pan. Sauté garlic and ginger in it. Add Maultaschen and fry for 5 minutes until crispy.
Add prepared vegetables, fry for another 5 minutes. Season with salt, chilli and Asian pepper. Fold in coriander leaves and serve.
