Marzipan tartlet with cherries and apricots

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 250 g Apricots
  • 100 g Sweet cherries
  • 75 g Butter or margarine
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 75 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 125 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 8 Paper baking cups

Directions

    Carve the apricots crosswise, blanch briefly in boiling water, rinse and peel the skin. Halve the apricots, remove the stone and cut the apricots into slices. Clean, wash and stone the cherries. Cream fat and sugar. Cut marzipan into pieces, add and stir well.

    Add the eggs one after the other and stir the mixture until creamy. Mix flour and baking powder and stir into the marzipan mixture. Fill dough into 8 paper baking cups and place on a baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes. Let the tartlets cool down on a cake rack and serve in the paper baking cups
