Knead marzipan, icing sugar and food colouring evenly with your hands.
Shape the marzipan into a roll and divide into about 15 pieces of equal size. Shape each piece of marzipan into a cone and press the top a little to the side.
Use the back of a knife to press several depressions into the resulting crease. Decorate with 1 sugar pearl at the tip and press on. Store well packed in a cool place.
