Marinated zucchini

Ingredients

  • 500 g Courgette
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1/8 l White wine
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 1 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 5 Peppercorns
  • 1 TEASPOON Salt
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar

Directions

    Clean, wash and slice the zucchini. Peel and slice the garlic. Boil up wine, vinegar, oil, mustard, garlic, peppercorns, salt, sugar and 100 ml water.

    Add the zucchini and simmer for about 5 minutes. Leave to cool in the stock and arrange in small bowls.
