Wash the fillet and cut into thin strips of about 10 cm. Put them on the tips of skewers in a wave-like pattern. Peel ginger and garlic and chop very finely. Mix with lemon juice and sesame oil. Spread the marinade on the saté skewers and let them stand for about 30 minutes. Then deep-fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes. Peanut sauce tastes good with it
