Wash the meat and dab dry. Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix with oil, herbs and chilli powder. Cover and marinate the meat for 2 hours (turn in between).
Halve the peppers, clean, wash and put them on metal skewers. Cut the baguette horizontally and spread the fat on them. Sprinkle with pepper. Grill meat and skewers on a hot grill for 20 minutes, bread for 10 minutes.
