Marinated mini bananas and grapes with Toblerone cream

Ingredients

  • 400 g green and red grapes
  • 8 Mini bananas (approx. 45 g each)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS + 2 tsp honey
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Orange juice
  • 100 g Milk chocolate with honey and almond nougat
  • 150 g Mascarpone
  • 2 TABLESPOONS + 75 g whipped cream
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Wash the grapes, dab dry, pluck from the panicles. Halve the grapes. Peel bananas, cut into pieces. Mix carefully with grapes, 2 tablespoons honey and orange juice, let marinate briefly.

    Peel off about 1/4 of the chocolate curls with a peeler. Finely chop the remaining chocolate. Mix mascarpone, 2 tbsp. cream, lemon juice and sugar until smooth. Whip 75 g cream until stiff and fold in with the chopped chocolate.

    Arrange fruit salad and cream. Sprinkle cream with 1/2 teaspoon honey, sprinkle with chocolate flakes and decorate with mint.
